What size prints do you offer? 

We currently have all our prints in a standard A3 size ( 11.69 x 16.5 inches ) some include a white border while other prints run to the edge of the A3 Sized paper. We believe A3 is a sweet spot when it comes to sizes for the current prints on offer.

What size frame /mount should i get ?   

I recommend getting a 20 x 16 sized frame with a white mat board, ensuring the image size is A3. You can still get a A3 sized frame but be aware that if the borders of the frame are thick, it might slightly cut off the edges of the print.  Having a bigger frame will allow focal point to be enhanced and will give it a cleaner look and feel.

For the prints that have a white border around them (Hype beast prints), it is best to get an A3 size frame. It will fit perfectly in the frame while keeping those crisp white edges. You can go for a bigger frame if you wish for the print to be a centre piece as long as the image size on the frame is A3 .

Mount 

A Mount or mat is a white cardboard within the frame it acts as an additional white border that goes around the print. It help increase attention to the focal point. 

If you wish the frame to have a bigger size you might want to think about getting a 20 x 16 inch size frame with a mat. As long as the actual image size of the frame is A3 ( As this is the size of the print )

How long will delivery take?    

If you are shipping to a UK address, the delivery options are as follows:

  • Royal Mail Recorded: 1-5 working days + production time

  • International shipping : 5-10 working days ( COVID-19 some orders may take up to 10-20 days ) 

How long will my print last?

The five main factors, which ultimately dictate how long your print will last, are as follows:

  • Exposure to high heat sources
  • Exposure to bright light sources
  • Exposure to moisture through humidity
  • Atmospheric Pollutants
  • Storage conditions

We charge a flat rate of £4.00 per order and free shipping for orders over £50.00 !

Returns ?

If you wish to return a product you will have a 15 day window in which you can do so. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If your package arrives Damaged we will ask you to provide a picture, order number and return the package. We will then re-print and post out a replacement free of charge.
